CS2 is free on Steam. Download and install it if you haven't already.
Open Steam → Store → Search "Counter-Strike 2" → Install (Free)

Launch the Game
Open CS2 from your Steam library.
Steam Library → Counter-Strike 2 → Play

Open the Console
Enable and open the developer console in CS2.
Settings → Game → Enable Developer Console (~) → Press ~ to open

In the console, type the connect command below.
