📋 Official Rules
CS2UK Server Rules
All players are expected to follow the letter and spirit of these rules. Deliberately breaking rules will result in harsher penalties.
⚠️ If unsure about any rule, contact an admin before acting — not after.
🎮 Fair Play
- ›No hacking, cheating or any modification to the game client.
- ›No exploiting — intentional use of in-game bugs to gain an advantage is forbidden.
- ›No using another player's account or impersonating other players.
- ›No cheat programs of any kind.
- ›No collusion or intentionally losing a game.
🤝 Sportsmanship
- ›All players are expected to uphold fair play and sportsmanship at all times.
- ›No verbal abuse — offensive communication in game chat or voice is not allowed.
- ›No racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory language.
- ›No implied or direct threats to other players.
- ›No in-game trolling or intentionally reducing the quality of others' experience.
⚙️ Player Settings
- ›Do not alter: cl_bobcycle 0.98
- ›Do not use: weapon_recoil_model 0
- ›Do not use: mat_hdr_level 0/1/2
- ›Authorised overlays: cl_showpos 1, cl_showfps 1, net_graph 1, cl_showdemooverlay 1/-1
- ›All other unauthorised overlays are forbidden.
🗺️ Match & Server Rules
- ›All 5 players must be in the server within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time.
- ›Teams may pause only during freezetime — up to four 30-second tactical pauses per map.
- ›Before unpausing, both teams must indicate they are ready to continue.
- ›Extended pauses over 5 minutes must be reported to an admin.
- ›Both teams are required to submit results after the game ends.
🏆 Team Rules
- ›Each team must have a designated captain as the primary point of contact.
- ›Teams must consist of at least 5 players.
- ›Offensive team names are not allowed.
- ›Team names may not promote gambling, pornography, alcohol, tobacco or firearms.
- ›Players may not compete for more than one team in a single tournament night.
🛡️ Penalties
- ›Formal warning issued for first offences.
- ›Forfeit of map ban, side choice or single game.
- ›Temporary or permanent suspension from the server.
- ›Disqualification from tournaments or future events.
- ›All admin decisions are final — deliberate rule breaking results in harsher penalties.
These rules are based on the NSE Spring 2026 official rulebook and apply to all CS2UK players and events.
Rules may be amended at any time by the CS2UK admin team. All admin decisions are final.
